Conditions of Refunds
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of any changes by email giving at least seven days' notice.
The AA’s cancellation policies are based on our contractual obligation to the conference venue and are as follows;
For accommodation bookings;
- More than 25 weeks before the first day of the event no charge
- 19 to 25 weeks before the first day of the event 25% of payment will be charged
- 18 to 13 weeks before the first day of the event 50% of payment will be charged
- 12 to 9 weeks before the first day of the event 60% of payment will be charged
- 8 to 3 weeks before the first day of the event 75% of payment will be charged
- Less than 3 weeks before the first day of the event 90% of payment will be charged
For conference bookings:
- £75.00 at all times
Event and Research Days Cancellations
- The deadline for request for refunds 2 weeks in advance of the event although refunds for extenuating circumstances, such as illness, will be given consideration at any point prior to the event. Event and Research Days cancellations will incur a £5 cancellation fee.
Recordings
- Recordings are non-refundable unless damaged (This does not affect your statutory rights)
Membership
- Membership is non-refundable (This does not affect your statutory rights)
